What's my username?

Here are the guidelines you'd have used to create your username - these might help you to remember:

  • It won't be your card number or email address.
  • 6 to 32 letters, numbers, dots [.] or dashes [-], but no spaces or symbols, e.g. &/@.
  • Must contain letters and no more than 2 consecutive characters.
  • The username is not case sensitive.

  • Must contain letters and numbers, with no more than 2 consecutive characters.
  • The password is case sensitive.
  • It will be different to your username.
Forgotten your log in details?

Don't worry if you can't remember your Online Card Services username or password. You can reset your log in details by answering some simple questions.
